Directors

Martin Barrow has worked in the entertainment sales and ticketing profession for over 30 years. He has worked on many of the most successful global theatrical brands of all time at / with Chichester Festival Theatre, Apollo Leisure, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Disney Theatrical Productions, Cameron Mackintosh and The National Theatre. In 2007, Martin started his own company and has since consulted on numerous productions including Wicked, Memphis, Hairspray, Calendar Girls, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Ghost, and SIX the Musical. He is also the Sales and Ticketing Consultant for Mischief Theatre and Kenny Wax Ltd.
Louis Hartshorn is an entrepreneur and entertainment producer. He has founded several companies in the marketing, ticketing and production of live events, and is the Executive Director of the Arts Theatre in the West End. Louis studied Law at the Open University and sits on the Industrial Relations Committee for UK Theatre / BECTU. His work has won several awards including an Olivier Award and three LA Drama Critics Circle Awards (for Rotterdam) and the Broadway World Theatrical Venue of the Year (for the Arts Theatre).
Brian Hook Brian Hook is one half of the Olivier Award Winning production outfit Hartshorn - Hook Productions, as well as the creative producer at The Guild Of Misrule, a site specific and immersive production company. He has produced over 130 productions across 4 continents. His focus on audience experience from the moment they first interact with a brand is the reason behind the founding of Arts Tickets. Brian is a proud Mancunian and the smart/ casual member of the team.

Bethan Roberts is an experienced ticketing and box office manager who has managed traditional theatre box offices as well as less traditional pop-up venues and remote ticketing operations. At the King’s Cross Theatre, Bethan managed two box offices servicing three auditoriums, six concurrent shows and managed incomings for up to 27 performances per week – more than any other theatre in London! Bethan also works for a number of music festivals, including Glastonbury Festival in their ticketing and accreditation teams.

Charmaine Thomas studied Dance at University. Apart from being a massive musical theatre fan, she is a Ticketing and Box Office Manager with over 15 years’ experience in both traditional theatre and classical concert venues in London. Charmaine’s previous experience includes setting up the ticketing and box office operation in a brand new theatre. She is a huge ticketing software geek.

Heather Young is the General Manager for the Hartshorn Hook Enterprises group of companies, including Arts Tickets, and is experienced in looking after both production and box office accounting for a range of venues and systems. For C venues at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Heather managed the annual set up, maintenance and reporting of a multi venue ticketing operation serving around 150 performances daily through the season.

Glafira Usoltseva has recently joined the Group following a career at multinational TV and broadband company, Liberty Global. She has a broad experience in finance across different businesses: TV channel distribution, Digital and TV Content Investments, Technology Ventures and Group Finance. Glafira is bringing a combination of hands-on operational approach and a strategic finance perspective.
